Labor day is supposed to be a day of rest, relaxation, and play time. Well its not all fun and games as it turns out. I ended up having to do a bunch of yard work. (not entirely uncommon) But I guess it was worth it because we were able to hit up the lake with Jeff and Jenny. You might be thinking to yourself, "The lake on Labor Day? It had to have been packed!" And that is where you are wrong. We got on the water around 4:30 pm, just as everyone was going home from a long day at the lake. The first 15 or 20 min were the worst part of the afternoon, and it still wasn't that bad. After that, there was hardly anyone on the lake and the water was great! As usual we wake boarded full out until it was too dark to go anymore. then we went home.
